Q: Can the trampoline be stored?
A: Yes, in winter, trampolines can be dismantled into their separate components and housed in contained storage. This practice leads to trampoline longevity and prevents rust, uv deteoriation, and steel staining.
Q: What type of warranty is included with the trampoline?
A: This product is covered by a 30 day warranty. We will replace your product if it is found to be either damaged, faulty or “dead on arrival” (DOA) within 30 days from the date of dispatch. In addition to this, we offer a 2 year part-replacement warranty for the trampoline frame and 6 month warranty on other parts. Q: Do you sell trampoline accessories separately?
A: At this time we only publically sell fully-packaged trampolines complete with safety nets, anchor kits, padding, and ladders. We can provide customised quotes for spare parts if you contact us.
